Materials, machines and turnkey projects
Gelon lists electrode equipment, assembly machines, testing equipment and battery materials, each split into laboratory, pilot and production categories. It gives contact locations in Linyi and Dongguan; ask which site builds the machines you order.
A materials order and a configured mixing system are separate purchases, and a set of coating, winding and filling machines is not yet a line until the interfaces are agreed. When a proposal is called turnkey, ask which engineering, process trials and installation work are included.
The largest Gelon range on BatteryEquip
Gelon calls itself the first Chinese exporter of turnkey lithium-ion battery projects, and its catalogue is built to match: laboratory, pilot and production categories, materials, and machines for nearly every step. On BatteryEquip it has the largest portfolio of any maker, from coin-cell crimpers and laboratory vacuum ovens to slitters, calenders, winders, laser welders and pouch degassing lines.
A turnkey supplier saves coordination but makes the scope of each machine easy to blur. Before comparing prices, write down each step and the machine that serves it, then check the quoted models against that list. Useful starting points are the integrated cylindrical tab welding and winding machine, the 450 mm roll-to-roll calender and the pouch degassing line, each of which has its own page and specification.

What these details mean for selection
Of Gelon's many machines, this profile highlights the Automatic Electrode Slurry Mixing System. Gelon presents it for production slurry preparation and sizes it per project, so the working volume and output come from the proposal. The machine page lists what that proposal should define.
Materials supply and the mixing enquiry
A 2022 Nature Communications paper, available through PubMed Central, names GELON LIB Group as a source of electrolyte and pouch-cell materials. The automated equipment in that study was built by the study's authors.
If you buy materials and equipment from Gelon together, list the materials, mixer, transfer system and commissioning as separate items, with the supplier and acceptance record for each. Ask Gelon to state the working volume and slurry output for your recipe in the mixing proposal.
Choose the operation you need
Each dossier explains a separate equipment scope, its catalogue facts and the questions to resolve for your application.
