Shenzhen Kejing makes laboratory and pilot equipment for lithium batteries, plus some safety and test instruments. Its catalogue runs from slurry mixing and electrode coating through pressing, cutting, winding and stacking to pouch and cylindrical cell assembly and measurement. Universities in Fuzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen have bought pilot lines, mixers and coaters from it.

Shenzhen Geesun Intelligent Technology (吉阳智能) makes lithium-cell assembly equipment: electrode laser cleaners and laser tab-forming slitters, cylindrical and prismatic winders, and composite stacking lines. Its range also includes negative-pressure formation, capacity grading and OCV testing. Pick the route from your incoming electrode and finished cell design.

Zhejiang Hangke Technology makes the equipment that finishes lithium cells after assembly: formation, capacity grading, electrical testing and the handling that joins them. It offers separate ranges for prismatic, cylindrical and solid-state or pouch cells. Its semiconductor reliability equipment is a different business.

Tianjin Courage (卡锐智) makes battery PACK automation: an energy-storage module and PACK line, cylindrical-cell sorting and insulation-pad stations, single- and double-sided spot welders, and robot and gantry laser welders. It also serves electronics, automotive and medical production. Its battery range covers pack assembly and joining rather than electrode and cell making.

Luoyang Keju Laser Technology, trading as KD-JW Laser, makes laser-processing and CNC equipment in Yanshi, Luoyang. For battery makers it offers a gantry fibre-laser welder for connection pieces, tabs, busbars and battery shells, in 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 6000 W versions.

Wuhan Andxin makes environmental reliability test equipment: temperature and humidity chambers, thermal shock chambers, walk-in rooms and ageing equipment for electronics, auto parts and general industry. It also builds custom walk-in rooms for battery projects, where each model's temperature range and permitted samples decide whether it fits your cells, modules or packs.

Honsenze is an automation maker in Zhengzhou whose lithium-battery range covers PACK assembly stations for cylindrical cells: an 18650 voltage and resistance sorter, an insulation-paper applicator, a servo resistance spot welder and an ultrasonic metal-joining station. It suits buyers who receive finished cells and build packs.

SUPERCOM, in Dongguan, builds battery automation across electrode preparation, stacking, tab joining, pouch-film forming and sealing, filling, degassing and final sealing, with prismatic and module/PACK ranges too. Its pouch-cell vacuum tunnel furnace dries cells continuously below 5 Pa ultimate vacuum before electrolyte filling.

FANQUN, a Changzhou drying-equipment maker, supplies material-preparation systems for battery makers: rotary flash drying followed by kiln calcination and cooling for iron phosphate. It suits cathode-material and precursor plants, well upstream of electrode or cell drying ovens.

KUICHUANG, a Suzhou automation company, makes measurement instruments for battery web materials, including foil-profile, separator, thickness and tension gauges, and thermal equipment for cells. Its CL-PF30 furnace preheats wound cores by contact at 85±5 °C with ±0.5 °C adjustment precision.

ZHUOTE, based in Huizhou, builds assembly equipment for cylindrical, button, lithium-manganese and 9 V cells. Its ZTQJZPX-4000 line assembles full-tab (tabless) cylindrical cells in two sections, one before and one after electrolyte filling, with in-line checks at each station.

JRS, a Suzhou automation company, builds intelligent equipment for batteries, semiconductors, optical modules and AI-related products. Its single-sided extrusion coater lists up to 850 mm coating width, 18–80 m ovens and up to 70 m/min, with speed tied to slurry and oven length.
