Gelon four-station pouch filling, vacuum-hold and pre-sealing machine
Gelon sells this three-in-one pouch machine with four indexed stations: manual load and unload, automatic electrolyte injection, vacuum standing and automatic pre-sealing. It works inside an enclosure fed with dry gas at positive pressure and takes cells 50–200 mm long, 50–200 mm wide and 4–10 mm thick. It fits pouch lines filling before formation.
Four stations on one indexed table
Gelon lists manual loading and unloading, automatic injection, vacuum standing and automatic pre-sealing, moved by an indexing drive that the English text calls a slicer. Ask for a station drawing that shows the real indexing mechanism. Dry gas enters the outer enclosure and keeps it at positive pressure so internal gas vents out. Ask whether a gas purifier and atmosphere monitor are part of the supply.
The fixture takes cells 50–200 mm long, 50–200 mm wide including the gas bag, and 4–10 mm thick, with a separate gas bag entry of 60–100 mm. Mark how these figures relate on your full pouch drawing. Dose range, number of cells per station, hold time and overall output are not listed.

Dew point, gas and vacuum figures
The dew point line reads <40°C Td with no minus sign. Ask Gelon for a corrected written figure before you design the dry gas supply. Dry gas use is 100–120 m³/h, compressed air at least 0.6 MPa and the vacuum source at most −0.095 MPa. Agree the gauge references, the conditions behind the consumption figure and which supply packages Gelon includes. The enclosure pressure and the process vacuum act on separate spaces.
The pump is listed at ±0.5% precision without saying whether that is of the set dose or full scale. Send your electrolyte, target quantity, wetting recipe and vacuum hold conditions. Measure moisture and oxygen in the enclosure and check electrode wetting during a fully loaded cycle.

Fill, hold and preseal as one sequence
Write separate recipes for fill, standing and preseal, with dwell per station and the action taken if indexing stops. The preseal here comes before formation; final degassing and sealing happen later. Seal temperature, force, leak test and the final wetting result are not listed. The nozzle, fixtures and laminate tooling should all match your pouch.
The supply is 380 V/50 Hz, the mass is about 1.5 t and the machine measures 1660 ×1660 ×2100 mm. Request the full load, layout and service drawing. During the trial, watch loading, a rejected dose, a pressure loss and recovery, then check the dose and preseal on outgoing pouches. Count output with the operator station and the full hold time included.
Gelon's profile lists the degassing sealer used after formation, and the page on factory and site acceptance covers checking dose and seal on sample cells.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| What is the actual dew-point requirement? | The page prints <40°C Td with no negative sign. | Get a corrected requirement and measure the enclosure atmosphere. |
| Which pressures apply to which space? | The page lists a positive-pressure enclosure and a −0.095 MPa vacuum source. | Approve a pressure and utility diagram with references and supplied packages. |
| Can the full recipe meet accepted output? | Dose, hold, preseal and manual loading share one indexed sequence. | Witness the complete cycle with agreed dose and seal checks. |
