Equipment details →What these details mean for selection
Hangke offers post-processing systems for prismatic power and storage cells, cylindrical cells and solid-state cells. Its catalogue is organised by task: formation power and fixtures, capacity grading, OCV/ACIR and DCIR testing, reject sorting, material movement and final handling. The annual report describes the core business as charging and discharging, internal-resistance testing and post-processing system integration.
Current examples include negative-pressure formation for prismatic aluminium-shell cells, 46XX formation, grading and DCIR equipment, blade-cell formation, hot-press pouch fixtures and pressure-controlled solid-state equipment. Formation, capacity grading and resistance testing are separate steps, so list each one you need in the enquiry. Hangke's range starts after cell assembly; mixing, coating and electrode equipment come from other suppliers.
What to specify for channels, contacts and temperature
Ask for per-channel voltage and current ranges, the accuracy on the range you will use, how many channels run at full power together, the contact design, cooling, and the time allowed for charging, discharging, rest and handling. Throughput follows from these and from your recipe. For a high-voltage DC-bus proposal, ask whether the stated voltage applies to a series string or to one cell. Tray layout and power topology also affect commissioning and service access.
For resistance and voltage tests, give the pulse conditions, settling time, temperature, state of charge and calibration references. For pressure-assisted solid-state formation, ask whether a published force applies to one cell, one fixture or the whole machine, and work out the pressure on your cell once the fixture is known.
Keeping each cell's history through the line
An integrated post-processing line must keep each cell's identity linked to its tray, channel, measurements and final grade. Ask for the route from loading through formation, rest, testing and release, including retests and rejects, and for who owns recipe limits, production-system interfaces, database backups and recovery after a communication or power failure. The sorting station must act on the right result for the right cell.
Run the factory acceptance test with your own cells and recipe, agreed temperatures and calibrated reference measurements. Define a good finished cell, how part-processed cells are handled, and which utilities and safety interfaces you provide. Put installation, training, spares and service response times in the contract.
Contacts and published material
Hangke lists separate international, domestic, procurement and service contacts. Its website restricts the use of equipment photographs and logos, so none are shown here. The company page also gives engineering-team, patent, award and customer figures; ask for current certificates and the compliance documents for your delivery when you request a quotation. BatteryEquip lists Hangke as a directory entry and has no partnership with the company.

When is Hangke relevant to a battery project?
Consider Hangke when you need cell formation, capacity grading, electrical testing or an integrated handling system after cell assembly. A laboratory, a new production line and a retrofit have different electrical, thermal and data needs, so describe your cell type, production recipe and commissioning scope before choosing a hardware family. Electrode equipment and semiconductor instruments sit outside this range.
