Hangke solid-state cell loaded insulation tester
Hangke's loaded insulation tester checks the insulation of solid-state cells while they are held under force. It uses a precision voltage meter and an insulation tester, with load control from 200 to 550 kgf, automatic loading and unloading, multi-size compatibility and quick changeover. It follows pressure formation in a solid-state cell line.
Load range and electrical instruments
Hangke lists automatic loading and unloading, compatibility with several sizes and quick changeover. The main figure is a load of 200–550 kgf. That is a force; pressure on the cell depends on contact area, fixture geometry and load spread, none of which the catalogue gives. Ask for the contact area so you can work out pressure, and keep this range apart from the much higher forces on Hangke's formation fixtures.
Hangke names the meters without a test voltage, ramp, dwell time, leakage-current limit, insulation-resistance range or measurement uncertainty. Send the cell drawing and the insulation path you want tested. State whether you need insulation resistance, dielectric withstand or another sequence, with its pass limit and the discharge and isolation method.

Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.

Loading the right area without bypassing the test
Specify the allowed deformation, load-control accuracy and the contact surfaces that must stay electrically isolated. Ask for the force sensor and calibration method and how load is watched during the electrical dwell. Check stress uniformity and insulation at each cell thickness you will run.
Run representative cells at the agreed load and electrical settings. Include fixture-only and reference checks, and a faulty-insulation case approved by Hangke, to confirm detection and safe handling. Record the recipe, force trace where available and test results. Repeat the reference check after every fixture change, since contact and load conditions change with it.
Ending the test and releasing the cell
Ask for the interlocks and the sequence for ending the electrical test, discharging and isolating, releasing the load and returning the cell. Specify how a failed reading, incomplete load or stopped movement is kept in the cell record. The page gives no cycle rate or recovery logic, so include both in a demonstration on the installed handling system.
For quick changeover, list the fixtures swapped, how the recipe is selected and the check that stops the wrong load or electrical limits from being used. At handover, collect sensor and meter calibration, wear surfaces, guarding and written isolation steps. The machine runs the test you specify; your cell's safety approval rests on the results and your own standard.
Hangke's profile lists the pressure-heated formation fixtures used for the same solid-state cells, and the acceptance testing page explains how to verify a loaded insulation test.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| What pressure corresponds to 200–550 kgf? | The catalogue gives force in kgf with no contact area or load spread. | Get the fixture drawing and measured force, then calculate pressure. |
| Which electrical test is required? | The catalogue names the meters without voltage or pass limits. | Fix the insulation path, recipe and uncertainty conditions. |
| When is a tested cell safe to unload? | The catalogue does not describe the end-of-test and release sequence. | Review and watch isolation, load release and fault handling. |
