Hangke small steel-case negative-pressure formation/grading system
Hangke's small steel-case line runs automatic negative-pressure formation and grading. Cells arrive in sealed transport boxes and are loaded, scanned and positioned by vision, moved by robot into formation, then sorted automatically. Hangke lists at least 6 ppm. It suits small steel-case cells, with cell sizes, vacuum recipe and cycle time agreed per project.
Sealed boxes, stations and what the page leaves out
Hangke lists a full automatic sequence, without the number of boxes, cells per box, contact geometry, installed channels or transfer and environment conditions. Small steel case describes the application; ask which cylindrical sizes the line takes. Request the cell and box drawings and the supplier's station and interface list.
Ask where negative pressure is applied: at the cell connection, in a process enclosure or elsewhere. The page does not say, and gives no pressure or time limits. Ask for this line's own electrical and mechanical configuration, since Hangke's prismatic formation stations have different voltages, trays and temperature figures.
| Parameter | Published value | Record status |
|---|---|---|
| Stated output lower bound | ≥6 ppm | known |
Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.

Box barcodes, cell positions and vision
Define the box ID, cell positions, scanned values and the data passed on when the robot picks a cell. Hangke names vision positioning without its accuracy or the faults it detects. Ask how empty slots, shifted cells, an unreadable box and a failed pick are caught.
Run representative box loads and an agreed misplaced-cell case using the supplier's safe procedures. Check that the physical cells match the formation contacts and the sorting destinations downstream. If boxes are sealed for transport, specify how they are opened and closed again, and when an unfinished transfer is held back.
Formation recipe, sorting rules and acceptance
Agree the charge, discharge, rest and temperature conditions, voltage and current limits, and the result used for capacity grading or sorting. The summary gives none of these settings or their measurement accuracy. Ask how incomplete tests, retests and recipe changes are kept in the result record.
If ≥6 ppm is a requirement, count good cells over the full installed sequence and log cycle time, box loading, rejects and stoppages. At handover, cover box and fixture maintenance, robot and energy isolation, and controlled recovery for cells between stations. Ask Hangke to state its finished-cell rate for your recipe and any seal or environment test it applies to the boxes.
Data from the line should be accepted with an independent meter, as the page on factory and site acceptance explains.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Where is negative pressure applied? | The page names negative-pressure formation without the vacuum boundary. | Specify connection or enclosure drawings and the pressure-time recipe. |
| How does box identity follow individual cells? | The page lists scanning and vision without a cell mapping. | Check box loading, picking and downstream positions in a trial. |
| What completes a formation/sorting decision? | The page gives no electrical settings or grade rules. | Fix the recipe, complete-result rule and retest ownership. |
