Hangke 46XX cylindrical-cell DCIR test station
Hangke's 46XX DCIR station measures the direct-current internal resistance of large cylindrical cells. It combines handling, a discharge system, heat dissipation, an industrial computer and safety modules, and comes with 64,144,196 or 256 channels. Results are stored and uploaded to a server. It suits post-formation screening of 46XX cells.
Discharge system, channel options and test functions
Hangke describes online testing, automatic scanning and location, several error-correction measures and high-precision testing. It does not list which corrections run or give a numeric uncertainty. The channel options belong to one station family. Ask Hangke to state in the quotation the installed layout, how many channels run current at the same time and the hardware specification, and to give a good-cell rate.
This station has its own discharge system for DCIR testing, which an OCV/IR station lacks. Specify the pulse current, pulse length, voltage sampling points and rest condition you need, because the page gives none of them. Compare bids on the same DCIR method; ACIR values, static resistance numbers and formation-machine current ratings measure different things.

Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.

Cell condition, contacts and repeat measurements
Set the state of charge, temperature and rest before any comparison of results. Ask for the sensing and contact design, the fixture force or travel and how the station catches poor or shifted contacts. Hangke mentions automatic positioning but gives no contact dimensions or contact resistance. The fixture must fit your 46XX terminal drawing and tolerances.
Ask for repeat measurements on representative cells under the agreed conditions, with calibrated electrical references and a written uncertainty budget. Agree how a doubtful contact is flagged and whether the cell is retested or rejected. Check agreement between channels and across the temperature range you will run, as well as repeatability at one contact position.
Keeping each result linked to its cell
Hangke describes test records and upload to a server. Specify what each record holds: cell, tray and channel IDs, pulse settings, sampled values, the calculated DCIR, and the calibration and recipe version. Decide which system owns the limits, how repeat tests are marked and what happens when an upload fails. Plan a live test of the connection to your own database.
Agree where the reject decision is carried out: this station measures DCIR, and anNG handler or grading machine moves the cell. Using Hangke's safe procedures, try a swapped cell, an unreadable ID and a lost connection, and check that an incomplete or mismatched result never releases the wrong cell. At handover, collect the cooling and heat-rejection needs, contact spares, calibration schedule, electrical isolation and recovery steps for cells left in test positions.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Which DCIR pulse and rest conditions are required? | The page gives no pulse current, timing or sampling points. | Fix the recipe and test conditions before comparing resistance results. |
| How does the fixture handle contact error? | The page lists automatic positioning and error correction without method details. | Trial your terminal drawing and watch a poor-contact decision. |
| Where is the final reject decision executed? | The page lists records and server upload but no sorting function. | Specify who owns results, how IDs pass on and how incomplete data is handled. |
