Hangke pressure-heated solid-state formation and grading family
Hangke makes two pressure formation and grading systems for solid-state cells. The LIP-200AHTP heated fixture lists 200–200000 kgf, robot loading, closed-loop pressure and temperature control and ±2°C uniformity. The all-solid-state system lists 100–400 tonnes, pulse high-current charging and discharging, and water-circulation temperature control over high and low temperatures.
LIP-200AHTP and the all-solid-state system
Hangke gives the LIP-200AHTP a force range of 200–200000 kgf, robot loading and unloading, closed-loop pressure and temperature control and temperature uniformity of ±2°C. These are force and temperature figures; pressure on the cell surface depends on contact area and load spread, which are not given. Ask for the contact area, temperature measuring points and the load used in the uniformity test, and ask for current and capacity ratings, since the model name does not state them.
The all-solid-state system lists 100–400 tonnes, pulse high-current charging and discharging, high and low temperature operation and water-circulation temperature control. It gives no pulse amplitude, pulse timing or temperature range. The ±2°C figure belongs to the LIP-200AHTP, so ask for this system's own uniformity. For either machine, get a fixture drawing and a clear unit definition before converting force to pressure.
| Parameter | Published value | Record status |
|---|---|---|
| LIP-200AHTP stated force range | 200–200000 kgf | known |
| All-solid-state stated force range | 100–400 tonnes | known |
| LIP-200AHTP stated temperature uniformity | ±2 °C | known |
Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.
Cell drawing, load profile and the trial
Send the cell stack or case drawing, the allowed force or displacement and the contact areas. State whether load is held, changed or released during each electrical step, and how deformation or fixture travel is watched. Ask for measured force feedback and any cell-temperature sensing supplied. Confirm in the trial that the chosen force suits your cell construction.
Agree trials on representative cells at the chosen force, temperature and electrical recipe, and keep the settings and results. Check fixture alignment, repeatable loading and the agreed temperature measurement across a full fixture. Judge the results against acceptance limits set for your own cell.
Stored force, electrical energy and handover
Ask for the full operating and isolation sequence, including how the machine holds or safely releases force and electrical energy after a stopped cycle. Define robot and fixture access zones, cooling-loss handling and the response to an abnormal cell. Hangke lists safety protection and an automated layout without the interlocks or recovery steps.
Define calibration for the electrical meters, force sensors and temperature measurement as separate items. If MES is included, require recipe and version links, fixture IDs and per-cell data. Run factory acceptance on the delivered configuration with agreed fault cases, using the manufacturer's safe procedures. Ask Hangke for a pressure map, process yield, electrical ratings and channel count in the offer.
Solid-state cells need pressure during formation, a step the formation page explains, and Hangke's loaded insulation tester checks the same cells afterwards.
Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Which force configuration is being quoted? | One page gives 200–200000 kgf and the other 100–400 tonnes. | Keep a signed force range and contact drawing for your fixture. |
| Where is temperature uniformity measured? | The LIP-200AHTP page gives ±2°C without test conditions. | Define sensor positions and a temperature test with a full fixture. |
| How does the system release force after a fault? | Neither page describes recovery or isolation. | Review the combined mechanical and electrical isolation procedure. |
