Hangke secondary helium leak-check equipment
Hangke's secondary helium leak checker tests sealed cells after the sealing pin is welded. It has several test stations, quick changeover and NG handling without stopping the machine, in a compact build that Hangke says gives high OEE. Hangke gives a ≥99% good-product figure. Start your order from the leak limit your cell needs.
The ≥99% figure and the leak limit you need
Hangke describes a compact build with high OEE, but gives no test chamber, detector model, helium concentration, pressure or leak-rate range. The ≥99% good-product figure has no sample size or operating conditions. Ask Hangke what it measures, and get the leak detection rate as a separate figure.
Ask what secondary checking means in your process, including how and when the cell was filled with or exposed to helium and where the test boundary lies. Define the allowed leak rate, its units, the reference conditions and how the method matches the defect you want to catch. Ask for this station's own sensitivity, and whether every station tests on its own at the same rate.

| Published unqualified good-product statement | ≥99 % | known |
Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.

Reference leaks and background helium
Require calibrated reference leaks and a written check routine suited to the delivered method. Agree how background helium, helium held in the cell and a poor chamber or connection affect the result. Hangke does not describe these controls, so ask for a technical proposal that covers them.
Run representative cells and safe reference and faulty samples under the agreed helium history and test timing. Keep the raw test conditions, the result and the cell ID together. Set retest rules so a second result never hides the reason a cell first failed. After a size change, check fixture sealing and background response before production restarts.
NG handling, cycle time and services
Specify where rejected or inconclusive cells go and how many that route can hold. Non-stop NG handling still depends on a free destination, so agree the interlocks, acknowledgements and operator steps when the reject bin is full.
Count valid test decisions over the full installed cycle, including pump-down, handling and reference checks where they apply. Ask for helium supply and recovery, vacuum services, detector maintenance and changeover parts. At handover, keep the machine's leak decision apart from overall production yield, which also depends on how the cells were built. Ask Hangke for its leak sensitivity figure in writing.
Hangke's profile lists the sealing-pin welding station before this check, the Hangke sealing-pin welding station, while the FAT and SAT page covers verifying sensitivity with a reference leak. The Shuangren airtightness machine shows a different supplier's approach, and the RFQ guide covers which leak-rate figures to request.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| What leak rate must be detected? | The catalogue gives ≥99% good product without a test population. | Specify calibrated leak units, method and reference conditions. |
| What helium history does the test assume? | The catalogue does not describe the secondary-test sequence. | Define prior helium exposure, dwell time and background checks. |
| Can NG output keep receiving cells? | The catalogue describes non-stop NG handling without a capacity figure. | Watch what happens when the NG destination is full or blocked. |
