Hangke negative-pressure loading and nozzle-service station
Hangke's negative-pressure loading station connects cells to the vacuum nozzles used in negative-pressure formation. It cleans and replaces nozzles automatically, runs a sealing test on each connection and talks to MES. Hangke gives an output of at least 20 ppm. It sits in front of a negative-pressure formation system on a prismatic cell line.
Loading, nozzle service and the 20 ppm rate
Hangke names the integrated functions but gives no nozzle geometry, tray or cell sizes, vacuum range or washing medium. Ask for the assembly drawing and a station sequence covering cell and tray loading, nozzle connection, cleaning, replacement and the sealing test. The formation machine downstream has its own electrical and pressure figures; ask for this loader's figures on their own.
The ≥20 ppm figure comes without a cell size or counting rule. Ask whether routine nozzle washing and replacement are included, how failed seals affect output and whether the rate assumes buffers on either side. Run the acceptance demonstration with real cells connected at your operating conditions, because an empty-machine run shows only the mechanics.
| Parameter | Published value | Record status |

| Claimed output lower bound | ≥20 ppm | known |
Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.

Seal test limits and nozzle cleaning
Specify the allowed leak rate, test pressure and reference, dwell time and the result that releases the connected cell or tray. Ask for reference checks and a safe fault example, defined by Hangke, using a worn or misplaced seal. Hangke names the sealing test without giving a leak threshold or uncertainty.
Define the cleaning medium, the allowed liquid or particle residue and how the wash path is kept apart from the process path. Inspect the connection before and after a normal service cycle. If nozzles are replaced automatically from stock, agree stock sensing, part identity and what happens when no spare is available. Put each of these requirements in the purchase specification.
MES records and recovery after a stop
Specify how cell and tray ID, nozzle ID, connection status and seal-test result are passed in the MES hand-off. Decide how a repeat test or a nozzle change cancels an earlier result. Hangke names MES communication but publishes no data format or acknowledgement rule.
Stop a loading sequence and run a safe failed-seal case, and check that an incomplete connection is never released on an old result. At handover, collect nozzle and seal wear limits, cleaning maintenance, guard and lock-out procedures and the correct recovery state. Accept this station on its own connection results, apart from the vacuum or formation process that follows.
Hangke's profile lists the negative-pressure formation systems this station serves, while the reason prismatic cells are formed under negative pressure is covered on the page on formation and grading.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Does the rate include nozzle servicing? | The catalogue gives ≥20 ppm without cycle conditions. | Count good connections with the agreed service and reject steps. |
| Which leak threshold releases the connection? | The catalogue lists a sealing test without a limit. | Specify references, dwell time and fault-detection checks. |
| Can a replacement reuse an old seal result? | The catalogue does not describe how MES handles repeat results. | Require each new connection to carry its own result and recovery state. |
