Kejing servo pouch-film forming and cutting machine

The Kejing MSK-120-A-SV5025 is a servo-driven machine that forms pockets in aluminium-laminate pouch film and cuts each formed length in one continuous sequence. It takes film up to 300 mm wide and forms pockets up to 220 mm by 470 mm, with optional heating to about 80°C. It suits pilot lines making their own pouch cases.

Film size, pocket size and the missing depth figure

Kejing lists film up to 300 mm wide and 550 mm long. Formed pockets reach 220 mm wide and 470 mm long, with a 330 mm cutting width. The catalogue gives no forming depth. Send your cavity drawing with flange and corner geometry, and ask Kejing to state the depth it will form on your film.

Kejing gives 1200–1800 pieces/h as a reference figure that varies with the forming process; the rate of good pockets at your cavity size comes from your trial. Heating assist around 80°C is a machine function. Ask whether your laminate needs it and how film temperature is measured.

BUYER NOTES

Check corners, barrier layer and the sealing flange

Specify the laminate build and thickness, roll dimensions, target pocket depth and the flange you need for sealing. Ask which upper and lower tools, corner radii and heating controls are included. Each laminate and each cavity depth needs its own forming check, even within one film family.

Trial your film with the intended tools. Inspect agreed areas for wrinkles, cracks, delamination and loss of flange, and test barrier or leak tightness where your project needs it. Keep the forming settings and samples. Count accepted, correctly cut pockets separately from machine strokes, and include tool changes, roll changes and rejects in the output figure.

BUYER NOTES

Cutting, handover to stacking and installation

Define cut length, registration and orientation for the stacking or loading station that follows. Agree whether the machine delivers loose pockets or a set transfer arrangement; loading a cell core is a separate step. Ask how the operator recovers from film tracking faults or a part cycle while keeping each sample identified.

The machine is about 2100×1000×2070 mm and 1500 kg, running on AC220 V with 0.5–0.8 MPa air. Check access around film rolls and tools, guarding, temperature checks and maintenance. Kejing publishes no forming-defect rate or sealing results for finished cells, so write those acceptance points into the signed tooling and material trial.

Kejing's profile lists the sealers that close these cases, such as the Kejing MSK-140-AL sealer, and the acceptance test planning page sets out how to check cup depth and laminate integrity on samples.
