Kejing MSK-113-PVM pouch filling and vacuum pre-sealer
The Kejing MSK-113-PVM fills lab pouch cells with electrolyte and closes them with a vacuum pre-seal. It takes pouches up to 180×180×12 mm, gas bag included, and seals about 180 mm. The final degassing seal after formation is done on a different machine. It suits labs building small pouch cells by hand.

Pouch size includes the gas bag
Kejing gives a largest pouch of 180×180×12 mm with the gas bag counted in. The 190 mm head seals about 180 mm, with seam widths of 2–10 mm and a 6 mm standard tool. The head heats to 220°C, and dwell runs 0–99 s with 5–6 s recommended. The cylinder gives a maximum of 70 kgf at 0.6 MPa air; the seal pressure follows from the tool contact area.
Vacuum reaches −95 kPa at standard atmosphere, using a pump the customer supplies. Agree which gauge and reference are used and what vacuum the loaded chamber reaches. Choose the pump and the wetting recipe through your own trial.

Dose figures come with their test conditions
Kejing's examples give ±1.5% at 5 g, ±1% at 50 g and ±0.8% at 100 g. They were measured with N8Y01 electrolyte, pump setting 100, transfer speed 200 rpm and −80 kPa vacuum. A different viscosity, tube or dose needs its own check. A 50 g dose takes around three minutes, and a full cell cycle adds loading, sealing and unloading on top.
Trial your electrolyte at your fill amount, with an agreed weighing method and the loaded-chamber sequence. Separate the liquid delivered, the liquid held in the cell and how well it wets the core. The 150 mL buffer and PTFE and BPT tubing are named in the catalogue; ask the supplier for the actual materials and their compatibility with your solvent.
From pre-seal to rest and formation
Send the pouch and gas-bag drawing, the core layout and how cells move on to rest or formation. Agree fixture support, cleaning of the liquid path and the checks on each pre-seal. Wetting of the core and the final seal after formation are later steps that need their own checks.
For glovebox or dry-room use, check passage and access sizes and the pump, gas and liquid connections with the supplier. Watch recovery from an interrupted fill and make sure the dose and sample identity stay correct. Handover should cover pump and tube calibration, chamber and head maintenance and safe cleaning. Kejing gives no figures for wetting uniformity, leak rate or finished-cell results, so these come from your trial of filling and sealing.
Dry the cell parts before they reach this machine; the electrode drying page explains why. The acceptance testing page covers how to check dose and seal on samples.
Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Does the pouch fit with its gas bag? | The catalogue's 180×180×12 mm limit includes the gas bag. | Approve a drawing of the whole pouch in its fixture. |
| Does the dose example match your electrolyte? | The catalogue's errors were measured with N8Y01, pump setting 100, 200 rpm and −80 kPa. | Trial and weigh your own electrolyte. |
| Is this the final sealing step? | The catalogue describes filling and pre-sealing. | Specify the rest, formation and final-seal steps that follow. |
