TYNK
TYNK, set up in Shenzhen in 2023, builds equipment for solvent-free dry electrodes: a dry-process glovebox unit, single- and double-sided film forming and lamination machines, and a production version. Its double-sided model coats both faces of the current collector with dry film in one pass, at up to 800 mm film width and 50 m/min.

A dry-electrode specialist with links to NAKNOR
The registered company is 清研纳科智能装备科技(深圳)有限公司, founded in 2023, working on the development, design, production and sale of dry-electrode equipment. TYNK says its work builds on technology from a Shenzhen Tsinghua University institute and on NAKNOR's equipment experience. TYNK is its own legal entity, separate from the NAKNOR calender company, so contract with the entity that will build your machine.
A Longgang tenant notice dated September 2026 names TYNK and the units it proposes to lease. It gives a dated site reference. Ask TYNK where your machine will be built and request a process trial before ordering.
What dry-electrode processing replaces
On the usual wet route, electrode powders are mixed with solvent into slurry, coated onto foil and dried in a long oven. On the dry route the powders are blended with a fibrillating binder, usually PTFE, pressed into a free-standing film, and the machine then laminates it onto foil carrying a thin adhesive layer. Dropping the solvent removes most of the oven, which is why the industry follows this closely.
TYNK was founded in 2023 to serve that route. It lists a dry-process glovebox unit, single- and double-sided film forming and lamination machines and a production version, and its news notes a move toward wider machines. The buyer's questions are film thickness and density uniformity across the width, adhesion to the foil, and how the film handles calendering, slitting and winding downstream.
