WinAck PCF-A350 roll-fed pouch-case forming machine
The WinAck PCF-A350 unwinds aluminium-laminate film, stamps a cavity with a servo die, cuts and unloads the formed pouch cases. Cases reach 260 mm long, 330 mm wide and 10 mm deep. It makes packaging for pouch cells, and output depends on whether the die cuts two or three cases at once.

Case size, film range and the die drawing
The machine unwinds the film, stamps the cavity, cuts the case and unloads it. WinAck lists a maximum stamping size of 260 ×330 mm, with custom layouts on request. Formed cases can be up to 260 mm long, 330 mm wide and 10 mm deep. Corner radii, flange shape and allowed thinning come from your own design, so send a dimensioned case drawing together with the laminate you plan to use.
Film must be 0.06–0.2 mm thick, up to 330 mm wide, on rolls up to 350 mm in diameter with a 76.2 mm core. Rolls should be neatly wound with no wrinkled edges. Tell WinAck the laminate build, its drawability and the winding direction, and run that film to full depth on the trial die.

Cases per minute and the time to change dies
WinAck gives up to 30 pieces/minute with two cases cut per stroke, or 45 with three. Both figures come from the same machine with different dies, so ask which arrangement suits your case and whether the count means finished cases. Utilisation of at least 95% and yield of 99.5% are listed without test conditions.
A die change takes one person up to one hour, commissioning excluded. Plan the whole format change, including alignment, recipe entry, first-off scrap and sign-off. Repeat positioning of ±0.03 mm and cutting accuracy of ±0.15 mm describe two separate motions. Measure cavity depth, flange width and every drawing-critical dimension on the accepted run.

Film integrity and installation
Inspect each trial case for corner thinning, cracks, pinholes, wrinkles and the condition of the sealing flange, using an agreed method. Permeability and seal strength of your film need their own tests. Folding, electrode insertion, filling and sealing happen downstream, so match the case drawing to those stations.
Stamping runs on a servo, and a laser sensor guides the servo cutter. Safety light curtains guard the front and rear doors of the forming station; check the stop response on the delivered machine. Power is three-phase 380 V ±10%, 50 Hz, 4.5 kW, with air at least 0.5 MPa and 20 L/min. The machine measures 2830 ×740 ×1980 mm and weighs about 1500 kg. Leave room for roll loading, die handling and service, and set room temperature and humidity to suit the film.
WinAck's profile includes the stacker that feeds cell stacks into these cases, the WinAck SA100S. Ask for the cup depth range in the quotation, as the RFQ guide recommends.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Can this laminate form the cavity? | The catalogue gives up to 10 mm depth and 0.06–0.2 mm film but no film-specific results. | Trial your laminate and inspect corners, thinning and pinholes. |
| How many cases does one cycle produce? | Output is up to 30 pieces/minute cutting two cases or 45 cutting three. | Approve the die layout and count accepted finished cases. |
| How long is a complete format change? | A die switch takes up to one hour for one person, commissioning excluded. | Time the change through to first accepted production. |
