DZF-6050 laboratory vacuum drying oven
The TOB-DZF-6050 is a bench vacuum oven for drying battery materials, electrode sheets and cell cores in batches. It has a 415 × 345 × 370 mm stainless-steel chamber with two shelves and heats to 250°C. The vacuum pump is optional. It suits labs that dry small batches before assembly.

Chamber, temperature and power
TOB lists a 415 × 345 × 370 mm inner chamber in 304 stainless steel with two shelves. Temperature runs from room temperature plus 10°C up to 250°C, with ±0.5°C fluctuation at the controller. Temperature inside a loaded electrode stack can differ, so map it during your trial.
Power is 1,400 W on a choice of 110 or 220 VAC. The pump is optional and vacuum is given as −0.1 MPa. Ask whether that is a gauge reading, how it was measured, and which pump and vacuum fittings come with the oven.
| Parameter | Published value | Record status |
|---|---|---|
| Inner chamber | 415 × 345 × 370 mm | known |
| Temperature range | RT + 10 to 250 °C | known |
| Temperature fluctuation, catalogue | ±0.5 °C | known |
| Electrical power | 1400 W | known |
| Vacuum value as published | −0.1 MPa | known |
Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.

Plan the load first
An electrode sheet may lie flat in the chamber while its tray, spacers or a tall wound-cell fixture do not fit. Put the full loaded fixture dimensions in your enquiry. State how many shelves you will use and whether the load covers surfaces that need to transfer heat.
If your material gives off solvent, ask the supplier for the allowed load and the vacuum exhaust layout. Solvent recovery is not listed, so confirm which electrolyte or binder solvents the oven may handle.

Judge drying by the moisture result
Set the incoming material condition, the load size, the temperature and pressure log, and how moisture will be measured after drying. Record the time from opening the oven to protected transfer and measurement. An empty oven reaching its setpoint tells you little about a full batch reaching its moisture target.
Ask for a trial with your own tray layout and a full load. Keep the controller's fluctuation figure separate from a temperature map and from the moisture spread across the batch.
Dried electrodes then move to assembly, so the oven's unloading route should suit the cell assembly steps that follow.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Will the full fixture fit? | The catalogue gives an inner chamber of 415 × 345 × 370 mm. | Send a tray drawing and get a loading layout with handling space. |
| What does −0.1 MPa mean in use? | The catalogue lists −0.1 MPa with no loaded pump-down curve. | Agree pressure reference, pump, leak test and a loaded drying log. |
| How will drying be accepted? | The catalogue gives ±0.5°C controller fluctuation and no moisture data. | Set a moisture method, sample positions and protected transfer for the trial. |
Equipment questions
Is the vacuum pump included?
TOB lists the pump as optional. Ask for an itemised list of pump, hose, valve and exhaust, so you can see the full drying setup alongside the oven price.
