Kejing single-position vacuum electrolyte filler
The Kejing MSK-113-V1 fills prismatic aluminium-can or cylindrical cells with a measured dose of electrolyte, one cell at a time, from a cup on the fill port. It then soaks the cell by alternating vacuum and positive pressure. Kejing quotes ±0.6% at a 70 g dose and about 15–20 cells per 10 hours. It suits labs filling hard-case cells.

Output is counted per ten hours
Kejing gives about 15–20 cells per 10 hours with a 30-minute rest setting, and says actual conditions set the output. Plan around that figure: it is per 10 hours, which is roughly two cells an hour at best. One filling position and a long soak and rest cycle shape how many cells a lab can prepare in a day.
Single-fill accuracy is ±0.6% at a 70 g dose. Kejing does not say which electrolyte or test method produced that figure, so ask, and check accuracy at your own dose. Core wetting is a separate result. Fixtures are made to the customer's cell dimensions; there is no published range of cell sizes.
| Parameter | Published value | Record status |
|---|---|---|
| Conditional single-fill accuracy at 70 g | ±0.6 % | known |
| Reference output with 30-minute rest | 15–20 cells / 10 h | known |
| Filling positions | 1 position | known |
Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.
Dose and soaking are judged separately
Send the cell and fill-port drawing, the electrolyte name and the target amount. Agree cup and fixture support, liquid-path compatibility and how the dose will be weighed. Ask how the vacuum and positive-pressure sequence is set, logged and checked with a loaded cell. The PLC controls the pump; the dose and the wetting end point are settled in your trial.
Trial your liquid and cell under an approved recipe, and record the delivered dose and the soak and rest result as separate items. Check how a stop and restart are handled, so an interrupted cell is never mistaken for one that ran the full programme. Count output only for cells that finished the full rest time and recipe after filling.
Pump, gases and the separate electrical box
The customer supplies the vacuum pump, or orders the optional DRV10 two-stage rotary-vane pump. The machine needs dry air at 0.5–0.8 MPa and dry nitrogen at 0.1–0.2 MPa, and draws about 1.5 kW from an AC220 V supply. Write down who provides the pump, gases and exhaust.
The machine is about 670×660×1055 mm, with a separate 460×510×280 mm electrical box, and weighs about 125 kg. Plan bench space, access, tubing runs, fixture changes and service room. Handover should cover dose checks, cleaning, pump maintenance and recipe records. Kejing gives no figures for wetting uniformity, yield or finished-cell results. The current catalogue entry is dated 10 October 2026, so confirm the revision you are buying.
Kejing's profile lists the sealing and winding machines around this filler. Cells must be dry before filling, as the electrode drying page explains, and the page on formation and grading deals with the first charge after sealing. Check dose accuracy on sample cells during acceptance, as the page on factory and site acceptance describes.
Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Does the long rest fit your lab workflow? | The catalogue gives 15–20 cells per 10 h at a 30-minute rest. | Approve a full-cycle recipe and a realistic accepted output. |
| Does ±0.6% apply to your dose? | The catalogue states ±0.6% at 70 g. | Trial your electrolyte and fill amount. |
| Who supplies the vacuum system? | The catalogue lists the pump as customer-supplied or the optional DRV10. | Sign pump, gas, exhaust and maintenance responsibilities. |
