All-laser cutting and stacking machine
JIZHI's all-laser cutting and stacking machine cuts electrodes by laser, removes dust, corrects alignment, inspects dimensions, then stacks, tapes and unloads. It lists ±0.15 mm cutting accuracy, ±0.3 mm and ±0.5 mm alignment, and 300 PPM theoretical single-side cutting.

Operations and listed figures
JIZHI's page describes laser electrode cutting, dust removal, alignment correction, dimensional inspection, stacking, taping and unloading. The technical table gives single-station stacking at 0.45 s/piece, while a highlights paragraph says 0.15 s/piece. Ask JIZHI to confirm in writing which station count, event or configuration each figure refers to before you work out a line rate.
The table lists ±0.15 mm cutting accuracy, ±0.3 mm centre alignment between adjacent electrodes, ±0.5 mm overall alignment and an auxiliary time of seven seconds. Another entry gives 300 PPM as the maximum theoretical single-side cutting capacity. Each value belongs to one stage, so tie them all to the same product and configuration before calculating output.
| Parameter | Published value | Record status |
|---|---|---|
| Table single-station stacking efficiency | 0.45 s/piece | known |
| Electrode cutting accuracy | ±0.15 mm | known |
| Stacking auxiliary time | 7 s | known |
Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.

Check the cut edge and the stack position separately
Send the electrode material, coating, thickness, tab geometry and stack dimensions. Agree how cut edges, particles and positions will be examined. Ask where dimensional rejects leave the machine and whether they stay linked to the stack record.
JIZHI promotes zoned dust control and a belt change in ten minutes. Ask for the actual extraction layout and a maintenance demonstration on the machine offered. Count input sheets, rejected pieces and good stacks in your own trial rather than relying on a quoted pass rate.

Trace laser-cut edges to the finished stack
Ask JIZHI to explain the two timing figures with a cycle diagram for the cutting and stacking arrangement you are buying. The diagram should show which operation each time belongs to and whether transfer, inspection and rejects are included. That keeps a theoretical sheet rate from being read as measured output of finished, accepted stacks.
In a representative trial, keep electrode-edge samples labelled with their cutting settings and the identifier of the stack they went into. Your project team should set the edge, debris and alignment inspection methods, since the catalogue gives no full quality limit. Log machine stops and defect causes apart from incoming-material rejects. Look at samples from restarts and format changes as well as from steady running. The aim is a traceable count of good stacks under agreed conditions, whichever timing figure turns out to be right.

Define the laser operation in the quotation
The Longhua proposed-funding list names a JIZHI development project. Its title tells you nothing about which operations come with this machine. Agree the electrode material, cut inspection and debris handling with JIZHI in the quotation, and ask for a trial record on the configuration it proposes for your acceptance file.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Which rate applies to a complete stack? | The table lists 0.45 seconds per piece and a highlights paragraph lists 0.15 seconds. | Ask for a cycle diagram by operation and a sustained trial of accepted output. |
| What checks the laser-cut edge? | The page gives cutting accuracy and alignment but no edge or debris limits. | Agree edge and alignment inspection methods using representative electrodes. |
Equipment questions
Which stacking-speed figure is confirmed?
Neither yet. The official page gives both 0.45 and 0.15 s/piece. Ask JIZHI for a written explanation tied to the model before comparing offers or ordering.
Source s2Is the theoretical cutting rate the finished-stack rate?
No. Cutting, stacking and auxiliary times are listed separately. Define the output unit and measure the whole process in a representative run.
