Die-cutting separator-bag stacking machine
GREENSUN's die-cutting separator-bag stacking machine cuts electrodes, wraps them in separator bags and stacks them. The catalogue lists at least 480 PPM, ±0.3 mm alignment, at least 98% availability and at least 99.5% pass rate, each counted on its own basis.

What the catalogue lists
GREENSUN's page puts electrode die cutting, separator-bag making and stacking in one machine. It lists at least 480 PPM, ±0.3 mm electrode-to-separator centre alignment, ±0.3 mm bag outer dimensions and ±0.3 mm overall electrode alignment. Ask what unit PPM counts and which electrode and bag sizes the rate was measured on.
The availability figure of at least 98% counts downtime caused by the equipment only. The pass figure of at least 99.5% leaves out incoming NG material. Line availability from all causes and the yield from incoming sheets to good stacks will both be lower, so ask for them separately. During a representative run, log incoming rejects, process rejects and stoppages as separate counts.
| Parameter | Published value | Record status |
|---|---|---|
| Published machine efficiency | At least 480 PPM | known |
| Electrode-to-separator alignment | ±0.3 mm; center alignment | known |
| Bag outer dimension accuracy | ±0.3 mm | known |
Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.

Inspect the whole stack
Set limits for bag geometry, electrode position and the finished stack. Ask where each measurement is taken and how rejected pieces are tracked between cutting and stacking. A dimension checked at one station tells you nothing about the position of every layer in the final stack, so ask how the finished stack is checked.
For changeover, send your product families and separator specifications. Check the tooling, who can access recipes, and how long it takes to reach the first good stack after a change. GREENSUN gives an auxiliary time of at most four seconds; ask which event this covers before you use it in a cycle calculation.

Agree what a good stack is before comparing rates
Before the run, agree a stack drawing, an incoming-material specification and a defect list. Settle whether bag forming, cutting, stacking, transfer and inspection all sit inside the quoted cycle. Keep preparation and downstream buffering in the time record, because one fast station can sit inside a slower overall process.
Count good stacks, rejected stacks, incoming-material rejects and machine-caused rejects as separate figures. Log the cause of every stop and agree how downtime is classed, instead of taking the catalogue's exclusions as given. Keep labelled samples of alignment faults, bag faults and damaged sheets to review together with the supplier. A second run with better incoming sheets is useful, but count it as a separate acceptance batch. Ask GREENSUN to state its inspection coverage and how rejected stacks are held back before you read any rate or yield percentage.
Finished stacks go on to tab welding and sealing in the cell assembly sequence.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| What enters the output calculation? | The page gives rate, downtime and yield figures on different bases. | Agree run length, downtime classes and the good-stack count. |
| Which incoming defects are excluded? | The 99.5% pass rate excludes incoming NG material. | Log incoming inspection, alignment and separator-bag defects separately. |
Equipment questions
What does the yield exclude?
GREENSUN leaves incoming NG material out of its pass rate. For the trial, ask for both its process-pass rate and the overall result from incoming material to good stacks.
Source s2Does the government list certify this machine?
No. The list names the company and a stacking-machine category among applicants. Ask for machine performance data, compliance documents and acceptance terms as separate items.
