ACEY-BA100200-6 Regenerative Pack Test System

ACEY-BA100200-6 is a six-channel regenerative charge/discharge tester for battery packs. Each channel covers 10–100 V and 0.1–200 A with 20 kW rated power, and logs at intervals down to five seconds. It suits pack cycling and end-of-line checks where ordinary cycle records are enough.

ACEY-BA100200-6: voltage, current and power must agree

ACEY lists six independently controlled channels. Each runs from 10 to 100 V, with charge/discharge current from 0.1 to 200 A and 20 kW rated power. Ask for the allowed voltage, current and power combinations for your pack sequence and for the number of channels you will load at once, instead of comparing the current headline alone.

Four-wire connection keeps the current leads apart from the voltage sense leads. The software saves cycle, process and detail records at intervals of five seconds or longer, and exports them as spreadsheets or charts. That suits ordinary cycling history. Short transient events need faster capture than this.

The product page states its own electrical installation requirement for the cabinet, which differs from adding up nominal channel power. Ask the supplier to state facility input, energy-feedback operation and peak channel loading for the configuration you buy. Plan the pack connection and protection with ACEY as well, since matching nominal voltage is only one part of the installation.

BUYER NOTES

Demonstrate interrupted operation and traceable results

ACEY's software offers continuation after an interrupted run and lets users set protection conditions. Ask to see both with your test recipe and pack fixture. The demonstration should show which step was interrupted, which measurements were kept and how the restart decision is made. Your own pack's safe limits still come from your pack design team, and the cabinet must be set to them.

Before ordering, request time-stamped records and a sample export. Name the events that must appear in the record. If your test needs observations faster than five seconds, ask ACEY for a separate acquisition proposal and a demonstration of the faster capture.

What the published documents cover

ACEY's official pages describe the product range and this tester. Promotional pages also mention factory area, export countries and certificates; ask for documents that apply to your order and destination. Ask for performance results from the cabinet itself and for the destination approvals your site needs.

BUYER NOTES

Test the quoted simultaneous load rather than multiplying channel headlines

Send the supplier a channel-by-channel pack programme with every charge and discharge step and the overlap between channels. Ask for the allowed voltage-current-power combinations and the facility demand for that schedule. Six channels can each reach a headline maximum on paper; agree in writing which combinations run continuously together.

Keep the settings and exported data from the agreed loaded trial. Check recovery after an interruption before you accept a long cycling programme. If short transients matter in your lab work, state their duration and the saved-data resolution you need. Five-second logging covers cycling history, and faster events need their own acquisition. A supplier table in a survey paper adds no electrical limits.

The 2026 experimental paper concerns ACEY-HRP100 electrode pressing, a different machine. For this purchase, request the BA100200-6 test programme, calibrated measurements and an exported six-channel result.

Cells are usually sorted by voltage and resistance before pack testing, as the cell measurement page describes. The battery tester page shows how to read a 20 kW per-channel rating against the voltage and current limits.

CLEAR UP THE DETAIL

Equipment questions

Can all six channels run at peak load together?

Independent control means each channel runs its own programme. How much each can deliver when all run at once depends on voltage, current, power and the facility supply, so agree that envelope and the installation with ACEY.

Source s2
Is five-second logging enough for pulse analysis?

Five seconds suits a cycling record. For shorter events, state the event duration and the resolution you need, then ask ACEY to demonstrate capture at that rate.
