Intelligent High-Vacuum Battery Oven
Xinyuren's intelligent high-vacuum battery oven dries electrode rolls or assembled cells under raised temperature and high vacuum, with capacity configured to your production needs. Xinyuren also offers an RGV-served oven system and a continuous vacuum line, so the quote should start from your workpiece and the way it moves between cycles.
What the oven does and what to size
The oven dries battery electrodes or cells using heat and high vacuum. Xinyuren says capacity is configured to the production requirement. The category page gives no chamber volume, vacuum endpoint or cycle time for a fixed model, so these come with your quote.
An electrode-roll load and a tray of assembled cells need different loading descriptions. Send the workpiece dimensions, fixture layout, incoming moisture and the release criterion you need. Ask for a chamber drawing and the maximum accepted load for that layout, which together turn the catalogue category into a sized machine.

Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.

How material moves between drying cycles
In the RGV arrangement, a rail-guided vehicle stores and fetches material while each oven runs on its own under a shared schedule. The continuous vacuum line moves material through a tunnel with different pressure and temperature zones. These are two different designs, each separate from the standalone oven.
For an RGV proposal, check rail access, oven availability and what happens when one chamber is out of service. For continuous transport, ask for the pressure-zone layout and how material enters and leaves while the process conditions hold. In both cases, settle the handover downstream and how dried material is protected.

Moisture results alongside chamber records
Reaching a set temperature or vacuum in the chamber tells you about the chamber. Final moisture in each workpiece is measured on the workpiece. Agree sampling positions and the moisture test method before a loaded trial, and link each sample to its load position and cycle record.
The acceptance plan should also cover interrupted cycles, batch identification and approval to unload. Ask Xinyuren for trial data and current compliance documents for the configuration quoted. The district directory gives business background; the drying endpoint for your material comes from your trial.
Xinyuren's profile compares the batch, RGV and continuous oven formats it offers, and dried cells go straight to electrolyte filling in the cell assembly sequence; the RFQ guide shows how to write the loading and moisture questions.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Which loading route is needed? | Xinyuren lists the standalone oven, the RGV baking line and the continuous vacuum line as separate offers. | Mark trays, loading access and transfer points on a layout drawing. |
| What proves the drying result? | The page gives no vacuum endpoint or moisture figure. | Agree loaded temperature mapping, endpoint sampling and recovery tests. |
Equipment questions
Does the oven come with the RGV system?
No. Xinyuren lists the oven and the RGV baking line separately. Ask for an equipment schedule naming the loading equipment, the number of ovens, the scheduling controls and the interfaces upstream and downstream.
Source s2What daily output can I expect?
The catalogue does not say. Chamber size, accepted load, cycle time and handling time are all open. Get those figures for your workpiece and then calculate output.
