SLG lithium battery slurry automatic production line
The GMK SLG line feeds powders and liquids by metering into a twin-screw route for mixing, dispersion and kneading, then transfers the slurry onward. GMK offers it in a customised 300–3500 L/h range; actual output on your recipe is set by trial.

What the SLG line contains
GMK's page describes automatic powder and liquid feeding through metering into a twin-screw route, where the material is mixed, sheared, dispersed and kneaded. The package also lists storage, glue preparation, transfer tanks, feeders, pumps, magnetic filtration, homogenization and DCS control.
GMK advertises a customised capacity of 300–3500 L/h. Ask for the size you are being offered and its operating point on your formulation, since a configurable range covers several machine sizes. GMK also promotes negligible material loss, a smaller footprint and no batch cleaning; ask for trial data that backs each of these on your materials.
The control system, GMK says, batches by formula and stores operating and output curves. Ask to see the recipe controls, the quantities measured and how data is exported on the line you are buying.
| Parameter | Published value | Record status |
|---|---|---|
| Mixing architecture | Twin-screw mixing, shearing, dispersion and kneading | known |
| Feeding method | Automatic measurement and conveying | known |
| Control arrangement | Formula-based central computer control and operating output curves | known |
Catalogue values apply to the configuration and test method the maker states. Ask for the values that apply to your configuration.

Recipe changes on a continuous line
Before any mixing trial, give GMK your raw-material properties, solvent, solids, viscosity and the slurry quality the coater needs. Agree how startup, shutdown and recipe changes are kept apart from accepted output. Find out the residence time, how much material stays in the line and where samples are taken after conditioning.
Ask for a mass balance and a representative run that logs flow, temperature, dispersion and solids. Work out the cleaning needed for your actual formulation and write a cleaning procedure for the project, whatever the brochure says about avoiding batch cleaning.

Measure changeovers as well as steady running
Ask the supplier to name the chosen route, the material held up in the vessels or line, and the exact recipe conditions behind the output it proposes. Turn the broad custom range into a configuration sheet for your duty, with usable slurry quality and transfer limits. Ask for sampling points that let you test the slurry actually delivered, beyond watching the upstream equipment run.
In a changeover trial, mark the old recipe, the new recipe and any material that meets neither release standard. Measure usable output, slurry left in the line and discarded transition material with an agreed accounting method. Set the contamination and quality checks that suit your formulations and confirm the approved cleaning sequence. Keep maintenance and inspection duties in the contract regardless of no-cleaning claims. A record like this lets you compare changeover behaviour between bids on equal terms.
A continuous line feeds the coater without pause, so coating speed and slurry output must match, as the page on coating, web and roller widths explains; the guide to writing an RFQ shows how to request that match.

Questions that change the purchase
| Decision | What the catalogue says | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Which output is valid for this recipe? | The page gives a customised range of 300–3500 L/h. | Ask for a proposal sized to your duty and record the accepted slurry output. |
| Can the next recipe meet its contamination limit? | The page promotes no batch cleaning but gives no changeover procedure. | Agree residue checks, cleaning steps and changeover loss. |
Equipment questions
Is 3,500 L/h guaranteed for any slurry?
No. 3,500 L/h is the top of a customised range. Tie the capacity in your contract to the quoted equipment, your material and the slurry properties you accept.
Source s2Does the 2021 disclosure show current factory capacity?
No. It gives company background from that year. Ask GMK for current production capability and records of recent project deliveries.
